YEAR PLAN
1. CLASS : 10th Class
2. Subject : Physical Science
3.Total periods : 130
i ) For teaching : 110
ii )For Experiments : 20
4. Academic standards to be achieved:
1) Pupil can explain the concepts of chemical equations, Acids, bases, salts, Reflection of light in different surfaces, Refraction, the distance between the two atoms in an molecule, process of metallurgy, the versatile nature of carbon. they can tell the causes also.
2) They can ask questions to know the above questions. They can gave hypothesis of the results of the experiments which they have done the experiment.
3) They can conduct experiments about specific heat, evaporation, types of chemical equations, reflection in different surfaces, refraction, series and parallel connection of resistors and ohm's law. they can participated in field trips to know various concepts like to collect the soil samples to know the PH value.
4) They can demonstrate the data of ohm's law and periodic table in tables. They can display the forces of acids and bases in tables and analyse them.
5) They can draw the diagrams of experiments, observations etc.,. They can prepare the models of various molecular structures and some models like electric motor, dynamo etc. They can also explain about the models which they prepared.
6) They can appreciate the science matters like reflection, refraction, physical science items involved in human body through utilise them in their daily life.
7) They can also appreciate the efforts of the scientists who show the way for us which the elements fitted in the correct order, to facilitate their study in periodic table.
8) They effectively used lenses, Acids, bases, salts, organin compounds and various chemicals in their daily life. they discover the diversity of nature.
